What are the characteristics of effective teams?
There are many characteristics of effective teams. Effective teams perform in an environment where there is trust in the environment of open and honest communication. Giving feedback on performance allowing an exchange between two individuals and it should be constant. It should also provide information for all members of the team on how their work supports an explicit and complete effort of the team and the practice. Listening is a feature of communication, and it is one of the most important skills an individual can have. Teams should take responsibility and not blame others for team mistakes, and they should not spend unnecessary time on a personal basis. Great teams look at first mistakes as a chance for learning, rather than judgment and discipline. However, great teams are hard on constant errors, but they give support to suitable risk and change. Great teams praise the input that each member made to the entire group. Teams honor their accomplishments together; they recognize unique performances and improvement of each team member. Effective teams have many characteristics that allow team members to function more conveniently and productively. These features establish ways for team members to share leadership roles and ways to share responsibility for their work. All of these characteristics will help a team to become active.

Whenever it comes to roles, each member of the team will have a role to take on. One member of the team might always come up with new objectives; a second member may be excellent at establishing meetings outside the group, and another member may be very good at turning goals into an efficient plan.
