Describe the factors that will influence the choice of leadership styles or behaviours in workplace situations
There are many different styles of leadership and all of them can be successful if the person conducts that style in a clear and confidence way.
Leadership isn’t always shown at the top of any given workplace,it can be shown at all levels if someone uses their abilities to influence others around them and make people believe in their vision or simply have people look up to and follow them.
A good leader should show self confidence,be able to deligate clearly.Listen,motivate,teach and be willing to compliment and learn themselves.Concentrate on positive things not always negative….although if explained in the right way there is a positive outcome.
If a leader can listen to others, people will respond in a similar way and be more willing to follow their lead.
