Technology is ever changing and constantly evolving. With advances made in technology, people are able to make life more efficient not only at home but also in the work place. Just think of a day when you are sitting at work and realize there is a document you need on your home computer that is needed for your workday and the frustration because you are unable to get the document tomorrow. Now this is something that can be prevented with cloud computing. This is a newer technology gaining more momentum and being used at home and at the office.

Cloud computing is an internet based computing that is on demand and provides a shared processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand without needing to use a jump drive or email to transfer data. Cloud computing has been around for a long time but now it is gaining more momentum as people and business start utilizing the cloud more. Just an example of a platform that uses cloud computing would be Gmail.
There are so many benefits for business to start using cloud computing that will help productivity, reliability, and performance. To help a business be more productive could computing offers employees the opportunity to work on the same date simultaneously instead of waiting for it to be saved, then emailed or transferred via jump drive. Cloud computing increases performance by constant monitoring and is constructed using web services as the system interface. Cloud computing is suitable for business and is reliable in case of any system failures because your information is saved to the cloud and accessible from another computer.
