In Thailand, we find from news often that the crimes are increase and they always come from uncontrolled bad emotions. The parents and teachers must teach their children to think positive since they are young. Because when they learn how to think and face the events with positive mind, they can control their emotions well when they grow up.
Emotions are a result of reaction to the circumstances or situations. People have negative or positive emotions to the happenings around them. It would be a better way to react in a positive. Think before you react is the best way to control your emotions. Every time you get angry, fear, nervous or sad due to someone or a happening around you, think before you take action. Negative emotion tends to make wrong decisions. So the first step is to think and think twice before doing something under the influence of emotions. Think about the consequences the actions might have on a near future. Most people care someone’s words a lot and feel sad or angry for that. You should not care the words even though they cut like a knife. Nobody can bring you down just only their words. You must learn this point and act smart without angry. Because when you do not angry, people who want to hurt you by their words will not succeed and they will give up eventually.
If you are feeling depressed due to a non achievement or any other reasons, you should find something to do to forget that feeling. For example, go shopping, see movies with friends. You will see a change in your emotions to start feeling happy. Remember that all problems have ways to solve always. Choose the right time and the right place to express your emotion. Controlling your emotions doesn't mean ignoring them. It means you recognize them and act on them when you deem it appropriate, not randomly and uncontrollably.
