Enemy at the Gates

Enemy at the gates is a great action movie that shows what really happened .
The film's title is taken from William Craig's 1973 nonfiction book Enemy at the Gates: The Battle for Stalingrad which describes the Battle of Stalingrad. This movie is about the war between Germany and the Soviet union as Germany was trying to take over the soviet union.
The movie starts out by showing the violence in the wars and the trauma that many of the Soviets went through when they were forced to go fight in the war. Once across the river, half the men were given a gun while the other half were given the ammunition. Vassili is the main character that pretends to be dead. Danilov comes and meets Vassili only to realize that he has a great aim from very far away. Danilov then puts Vassili in the paper to get the Soviets to think that they are going to win the war. After the propaganda got the Soviets spirits up, Vassili became the head sniper.
Once the Germans found out who was killing their men, they sent the head sniper of Germany after Vissili. Vissili and the German sniper talk to a little boy who will give them information about the city, but everything that he tells to Vissili about hiding places the German sniper finds out. He does this by bribing the little boy with things that he would like to get. Vissili is in love with a Jewish woman who wants to be a sniper, but he thinks is too dangerous for her to be. After her family is killed by Hitler, Vissili finally lets her work as a sniper. Soon after, it looks as if she was killed and is taken to the hospital , which makes Vissili think that he will never see her again. After she was “killed”, the movie portrays how the snipers are going from place to place, trying to kill...
