Summary and Background
ABC Company is currently accepting proposals to train all current employees on the use of Microsoft Office 2013. Over the course of the last six months, it has become apparent to management that many of ABC Company employees do not possess the necessary background and knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office 2013 product line. In an attempt to improve inner-office communication and facilitate better and more refined documentation both within the company and with our clients, ABC Company has initiated this training program for its employees.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best represents the direction ABC Company wishes to go.
ABC Company is a small business that was founded in 1985 and is focused on project management consulting and the implementation of best practice processes and solutions. Our client base consists of other small and medium-sized businesses as well as local, state, and federal government organizations that lack project management experience and expertise.
ABC Company is consolidated in its headquarters in Boynton Beach, FL with some consultants traveling to and working from client sites on a temporary basis.
