ENGLISH FOOTBALL TODAY
Football certainly is the most popular sport in England. The vast majority of English men adore football. However, following the failure of the national team to qualify for Euro 2008 Championship, it seems that football fans have major concerns about the future of English football. The England team is being criticized by both fans and pundits. The best way to understand what people think about their most valued event, football, is carrying out a questionnaire. The questionnaire that has to be carried out should gather fans' thoughts about English football and analyse it. Basically, this questionnaire is intended to find out what exactly people think about English football and the England team. Including five questions which were answered by 50 football fans in London streets, the questionnaire provided me with sufficient data to make comments about the fans' point of view regarding English football. Afterwards, the information collected through the questionnaire is analysed by using statistical methods. Analysis of the questionnaire is given in the following paragraphs.
The first question for the football fans was "On scale of 1-5, with 1 being very bad and 5 being very good, how would you rate the England Football team at this moment?" This question was chosen because I needed to have general opinion or belief of the fans about the England national team today.

The graph shows us how people see the England team's performance at this moment. To obtain a meaningful result from this particular question, mode must be used. It shows us the most popular rate given by the fans which helps us to understand fans' general belief about the England team today. In this case, mode is 2 (bad) which occurred 21 times.
