Previous studies show that the satisfaction about English learning in kindergarten, over fifty percent of parents was satisfied. Moreover, if the parents spend long time with their children about English learning, they will feel more satisfied. More and more parents think that English education is very important to help their children have good grades and get a good job in the future. Because of these reasons, they choose to send their children to learn English before elementary school. In addition, from the attitude about learning English, over eighty percent children fell that English learning is interesting, and they can learn many things. It also means that most kids are willing to learning English when they grow up.(Tsai Cheng- Hua 2001) Little research pays attention to the English achievement and four language skills. The result shows that the students who have pre-junior high school English learning experience are better than others in the beginning stage in junior high school. Furthermore, number of years shows significant effects on the students’ four language skills. Subjects of long- term-experience performed best in four language tests.
