 As a customer, describe two complaints have you had in the past six months regarding a company you’ve purchased from. If you have not had a bad purchase experience in the past six months, you may create a potential scenario or use that of a friend or family member. A week ago my sister and I decided to go into Victoria's Secret to browse. We both are thick females and had a difficult time finding something in the correct size. Then finally my sister found an underwear set she wanted but could not find her size. She said to me “they should make our size in these so we can buy too. Then I overheard the manger say if she loses some wright then maybe you could fit our items. Then I looked at my sister and said “did you just hear what she said and she responded yes I did let’s take our business somewhere else. So we did that. Another issue I had been shopping at Macy’s for a birthday gift. I asked the clerk if they still had any of the sale polo shirts and she responded over there in the men’s area. After I walked away I heard her tell another employee can she see and she should have looked for it herself before coming to the front to ask questions. So I left the store and went to JCPenney.
 Did you handle these complaints by contacting the company? Why or why not? Both of these complaints were taken to cooperate because I was not pleased with neither of these stores. Both employees were removed from the companies because of their actions. The two companies apologize for their employees actions and gave me discount the next time I entered their store. Nobody deserve to be mistreated because someone is having a bad day or do not feel like doing their job. By reporting these issues I did other customers and employees a favor because these two women had been causing trouble with customers for a while and no one took the time to report the issue....
