Abortion
An abortion is termination of a pregnancy caused by death of fetus or embryo. The term abortion is mostly used for induced abortion of a human pregnancy, while spontaneous abortions are usually miscarriages.
Abortion can be divided in two main techniqoue.
Miniabortion- It si abortion in first six weeks of pregnancy.
Normalabortin ' It is abortion after sixth week of pregnancy. The diference is only in age of fetus.
Abortion is wery complicated problem in many aspects like health, moral and ethical. That is why abortion has been the reason for many disputes even legislativ.

Healthproblems-However nowdays medicin is very advanced, there are still some cases when woman can`t be pregnant because of abortion she had. There can be also some complications during the abortion or after, like infection or injurie.
Psychical problems.Very problematical and also common are psychical problems after abortion. Lot of women feel guilty for the rest of their life, because they killed their child.
There are also another dilemas like if the fater should has right to have some influance on womans decision.

Legislativ and history of abortion.
Till the first world war abortion had been forbiden in all european countries. First state which permited abortion was SSSR in 1923. In Czechoslovakia gowerment validated the law which permited women to have abortion. Nowdays abortion in Czech Republic is allowed but in second trimester (after 12th week) only due to health complications.
In many countries abortion is illegal or very complicated, besause abortion has to be permited by some commissions. For example women from Poland very often go to Czech Republic for their abortion, or from Ireland to England.
