Romans Road
Summary of Method – Romans Road is roadmap to simply lay out a plan of salvation using bible verses from the book of Romans. It provides an easy way of explaining the salvation message to whomever you are witnessing. Romans road clearly defines 1. Who needs salvation, 2. Why we need salvation, 3. How God provides salvation, 4. How we receive salvation, and 5. The results of salvation. This road map starts with sharing that everyone needs salvation because we are all sinners. Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (NKJV) Then to the next path that that the consequence of sin is death, Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (NKJV) Then Jesus paid the ultimate price, he died for us so that we may be saved. Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (NKJV) We continue down the pathway that we can receive eternal life through our faith in Christ. Romans 10:9-10 and 13, “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart on believes unto righteousness , and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Then to the last part of the road, salvation through Jesus will bring us to a relationship of peace with God. Romans 5:1, “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (NKJV) Romans 8:1, There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus…” (NKJV) Romans 8:38-39, ”For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height, nor depth…shall be able...
