Working Principle of Grate ball mill
Grate ball mill is composed of two horizontal cylindrical cartridge rotation units with a gear transmission outside of the edge. Materials screw into the first hollow with stepped liners and steel balls of different specifications. The cylinder rotates to produce centrifugal force to bring the grinding media to a certain height to fall. Then, the materials after impact and grinding constantly enter the inside of the cylinder for further grinding. Finally, qualified products are discharged.

Working Principle of wet overflow ball mill
Wet overflow ball mill is equipped with a horizontal cylindrical rotating device. The transmission drives the cylinder to rotate slowly to produce centrifugal force which can lift the steel balls to a certain height and drop them down to impact and grind materials. As materials are constantly added up, they move to the discharging end by pressure. Slurry higher than the lower edge of hollow shaft will overflow automatically. With backpitch blades in the hollow shaft, the overflowed steel balls and coarse ores can back to the mill.
