FIRST YEAR OF BABY’S LIFE
As a new mom, this topic best suits me. A new-born's first year of life is the very important stage in a baby's development. We can divide this into four equal parts.
In the first three months, the baby's only few needs are feeding, sleeping, and some exploring of his/her surroundings. They will wake up crying in need of a feeding. They will take their feeds and then start playing for some time with their toys. Rattles are the main toys at this stage. If we take them for outing, they will enjoy their trip. They will see the outside world with their eyes bright open.
After six months, babies’ next development is they will try to crawl to explore the things around them. At this stage, their need for food increases. We have to slowly introduce solid foods into their diet. To start with, we have to introduce rice, all vegetables, all fruits, sprouts, and juices. After a month, other foods can be...
