The Purpose and Importance of Health Related Fitness

Health related fitness includes of Strength, aerobic endurance,
muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.

The purpose and ability of health related fitness is it gives the
ability to carry out everyday activities it also helps,

· Regular exercise has a huge impact on physical benefits

· has an impact on humans mental health

· a hormone is released which helps relax the body

· Nature cure on high levels of stress

· Reduces risks of certain types of cancer

Health related fitness for long distance running, Strength 5% strength
is needed to excel yourself throughout the race, Muscular endurance
10% to keep the muscles making continues movement throughout the
running distance, Flexibility 10% for muscles not to be tight during
the running, Body composition 15% has to be low level so you are able
to run the distance without getting tired., Aerobic endurance 60%
(stamina) so you can keep going for a long period of time.

Health related fitness for football strength 10% needed in the legs to
strike the ball to its target, muscular endurance 25% because of the
movements of muscles and the 90 minutes the match lasts, Flexibility
25% need to be able to run and move about quickly, Body composition
10% low level so you are able to run in the match without getting
tired, aerobic endurance 30% because the long period of time a match
lasts.
