1. Preamble: Strategies, as scholars consider decades, refer to the long-term plan devised by business organisations aiming to control and utilize their resources in order to achieve their organizational mission, vision, goals, and objectives (Strategy, 2005). Strategic management concept, therefore, is derived from the sequential approaches an organization use to achieve its ultimate targets (Lewis, G. 1999). In real-life practice, these approaches, through often set by business-thinkers or scholars, often develop with intense coherence of internal and external environment and are regularly adjusted, coordinated and moderated with environmental analysis (Capon, C. 2008).
The World Motorcar Industry as well as Ford as one of the players of it, being one of the oldest and adventurous industries ever, has seen various transformations, ups and downs, and toss of the demand of time during the past century. The industry, with its quick expansion, has transformed very sharply to meet the demand of buyers rather than desire of produces (Chicago Tribune, 2006). The industry today is rich with creative globalised features with implementation of modern empirical based strategies that have managed to boom its expansion worldwide. According to Mintzberg (1980), strategies for local businesses do often vary while a firm is operating in its international market. Therefore, formulating or devising the right strategy and understanding the changing environment make firms able to forecast the future trend of the industry.
