I was driving my new Ferrari F12 Berlinetta that I had gotten just a few months ago for my sixteenth birthday. I was speeding down the country road into the city for some coffee when there was a magnificent flash of light to my left followed by a boom and a wave of force and heat blew my car off the road. I landed upside down and managed to work my way out of the wrecked car. As I started limping towards the explosion I realized my arm was broken and probably a few ribs. I reached the giant crater and found a rock, I touched it and suddenly I felt like I’d been hit with a million volts of electricity followed by an extreme burning sensation that felt like my whole body was being incinerated. I lost consciousness and dreamed that I stood in front of a giant shadowy figure with a large grin on his face.
“You’re welcome, don’t make regret my decision small one.” Everything faded away and reformed and suddenly I was in front of a frowning Death,
“Next time, mortal.” He laughed and everything reformed one last time and I was talking to my girlfriend Heather, her fiery red her was blowing in the wind and she was telling me to wake up.
I jumped awake in a hospital bed surrounded by: my parents, Heather, my best friend James, and Heather’s best friend Sarah. Everybody rushed over and hugged me, but quickly let go when I winced in pain and hugged my ribs. The doctor came in and said they’d have to run a few tests because of my condition.
