It is becoming increasingly apparent that surveying of the company’s personnel is an important procedure so that the company is expected to make the best judgment of the situation and combine the suggested methods in order to apply the complex research campaign. That is why it has been decided to elaborate the suggested strategies for the outlined survey in The Fruit Company. To start with, it is to be said that sampling by shifts is quite strong idea so that it will be accepted as the basis for the entire survey campaign. In addition, the main hypotheses will be included in the survey, as well. It is worth mentioning that grading of these hypotheses is a weak point in this particular case as long as there are no distinct proofs that these hypotheses have real evidence among the personnel of the company. Still, every single worker should have a chance to be interviewed because it will render a maximum of precision, which is regarded as a strong point of any survey (Lefebvre, 2007). This type of survey, however, has to be conducted only once as the research should progress even though the hypotheses occur to be invalid. That is why there is no need in multiple surveying because it requires more time and costs. Doubtless, it will weaken the company.
Regarding these points, it is to be said that in case some of hypotheses occurs to be irrelevant, it is recommended to conduct a detailed interview program, which will determine a real problem, which causes a poor productive performance of The Fruit Company. Needless to say, it is a costly activity, but it will provide the company with credible information concerning the problem. As soon as a real problem is determined, it is necessary to design more detailed survey, which will address distinct factors of the problem’s cause...
