No one could have failed to notice that the relationship between parents and children has been a vital public topic now. Lack of understanding, parents and kids cannot exchange ideas with each other freely sometimes. We called this situation generation gap.
Firstly, because of the influence of individualism from western civilization, the youths do not blindly follow what the elders say, which causes the gap. The young are creative and revolutionary and always go along with the trend and like changing. While the old, accustomed to everything of the past, they are hostile to change. Also with more and more different beliefs and philosophical ideas, it is natural the young who hold different opinions from the old.
What's more,generation gap naturally becomes the obstacle between parents and kids due to time.
As far as I am concerned,it is possible that we can build a bridge between parents and kids to span the generation gap. To start with,frequent communication is very important. Maybe the conflict will disappear while they are talking with each other. Let us communicate with your parents or kids more and more for having a better understanding instead of generation gap.
With the development of science and technology,a large number of people come to think a significant question--What is the happiness? There are kinds of views among people as to this question. Some people who are rich think they are happy. Others have many friends, so they feel happy.
We can consider carefully what our feeling is when we are in the following situations.
First, we help can an elderly across the road, or help an elderly fallen down on the ground. We will feel happiness when they appreciate with us .
Second, we get some help from others when we are in need. The moment we get help will fell happiness.
Last but lost the least, we make new friends, or have a meal with families, or have a conversation with parents and so on.
