The paper will introduce the existing issues and opportunities proposed for Global Communications. The organization is conceptualizing on branching out to the global market of telecommunications. The paper will provide the situation with the analysis while considering the stakeholders perspectives and ethical dilemmas. A problem statement is to be created to introduce in which Global communications is at present and the future insights of the organization. The vision will state through considering how Global Communications see itself in the coming future. The alternate solutions and analysis will provide a breakdown of the weights and rating of the solutions. Global Communication will also consider the risk assessment and any mitigations techniques that will be available. The optimal solution will provide the detailed analysis of all accomplished and the implementation of the plans.
Situation Analysis
Issue and Opportunity Identification
Global Communication has encountered several issues relating to the health and the success of the organization. All issues may not be able to be resolved but the there is an internal breakdown in communications that is limiting the ability to proceed with any future plans. Management cannot seem corporate and coordinate in a manner that will result in a desirable plan for all involved. There remains a threat of many loyal and skilled employees being laid off in the pursuance of the premeditated plans. The employees proposed that this is very unethical as the majority of the Technology Union members were not included in the proposal.
