Lesson aims: - to allow students to practise the new vocabulary

Materials: textbook, blackboard, pictures, evaluation papers.
Activities
Warmer: teacher sets the mood of the lesson, she checks the attendance and corrects the mistakes
1. Aim: to allow students to improve their vocabulary.
Procedure: - teacher asks students to work in pairs and match the pictures with the images and then to make short sentences as in the example (ex 1/26);
- students work in pairs ;
- teacher checks and corrects the mistakes;
- students say the sentences;
Interaction: T-S, S-S, PW.
Timing: 10 min.
2. Aim: . to allow students to improve their knowledge about Present Perfect Simple;
Procedure: teacher asks students to look at the examples in their textbook
- teacher explains the rules and the uses of Past Tense Simple
…………… - students pay attention and write the explanations in their notebooks
- teacher asks students to work in pairs and then they have to make short dialogues using the given words (2/26): to a wedding/ parade/ firework display/ theme park; on a rollercoaster/ train/ plane; in a haunted house;
- students work in pairs and solve the exercise;
-- teacher checks and corrects the mistakes.
