What should the companies do to encourage great ideas?
Great ideas play an important role in developing the company. As we can see, great ideas are generated in different ways. Sometimes an idea may simply be created when a company takes advantage of an opportunity to expand its product range to offer more choice to existing customers. Or a great idea could allow a company to enter a market which was closed to it before. A lot of advantages can become great ideas. So the companies always try to give much method to improve great ideas from the workforce.
First of all, the bosses have to encourage the employees to be just themselves. Although so many people have creative ideas and suggestions that can bring a new development for the company, they fear the directors aren’t interested in their point. Therefore, managers should encourage their staff to display their comments to build the success of the company. Though their ideas are not feasible, the directors should thank and continue to encourage them.
Second, the managers should concentrate on developing working environment for employees. It will strongly increase the motivation and enthusiasm of staff. A good cooperation among employees will improve the productivity of enterprises.
Third, the bosses should create opportunities for promotion staff whenever possible. By this way, they’ll increase their responsibility for their work. They could be ready to be faced with new challenges waiting for them in the future. Transferring workforce to new positions is also a way to fill a gap in high- level personnel in the company and use the most excellent employees.
Finally, the managers should try to reward and encourage the staff appropriately and creatively. The common way is to raise the wage for the workforce.
