Guns Do Not Always Mean Safety
Gun control is the act of laws that control how guns are equipped and who can own them. Gun control is a controversial issue that needs to be discussed. During current debates in the United States, people find that gun control is quite suitable in the sense that it will help one feel less vulnerable, for this is an issue because people die act of guns. Individuals take certain sides of this issue for safety. Guns should be limited because people would have safer situations and encounters. In the United States, guns should be limited to staying at ones home because there are more effective ways to protect one’s self, guns may cause harm to others, and fewer guns will create a more peaceful world.

For instance, after a shooting that occurred in Newtown, Connecticut left a shock to nationwide groups, the group, “ … Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America … planned protest and new [ads] … which enact invitations to civilian gun packing for more often that guns safety laws” (Clines). Through debates between handling a gun and the limitations of guns, in the United States, better substitutions for guns are learning to protect one’s self through physical actions. There are individuals who may argue that the Second Amendment gives, “ … the right to have a weapon to protect themselves” (U.S. Constitution) therefore being eligible to purchase a weapon. The wielding of guns should be restricted to the households of the owners for if the individual were to be in a situation where the gun were to be more handy, a more suitable way to ensure safety were to display an act of physical self defense.
