Everyone Should Own a Gun
As a citizen of the United States we all have to the right to bear arms covered in the Second Amendment to the American Constitution adopted in 1791. If it was not for the use of guns the first settlers in the new lands would have never had a chance, and who knows what are country would be today. Guns are a part of our society since the founding of America and will remain to be even though many politics are trying to push them out of the hands of citizens.
Gun are mostly viewed for violent use in the United States, but the truth is it’s more than just a deadly piece of steel. Guns are history and are collected by many and never even fired. On the other hand many citizens use guns to hunt in return they can feed them self and family. Also having a gun is the greatest protection you could have next to a dog or your local Police Department.
A failing economy and high unemployment rate turn some people to a life of crime to make a living. On average it could take your local police department five to ten minutes even longer sometimes too reported to a residential burglary in progress. It could take seconds to get your own personal firearm and protect yourself and protect your family. Also they might even think first before they enter your house knowing your packing heat.
An armed society is a polite society; manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life. If every had a weapon and everyone knew you had a weapon one would think twice of their actions. There would be less street crimes, break INS, and organized crime. It would put every citizen on equal play grounds. “God made man Samuel Colt made them equal.”
