Do you think that the food you make in your home is healthy than the fast food? I don’t completely agree but its true and there are two kind of food, the food that gives health and the food that takes the health from the person. The health in the life is once when it go it never coma back, this topic is talking about the healthy food and the fast food with their similarities and differences.
The two kinds have similarities, first they have common things because the two kinds is food, the food you eat in most fast food restaurants can be healthy as the food you purchase from the grocery if you choose wisely like the salads in McDonalds. Most fast food restaurants today have healthy food and there are plenty of unhealthy foods you can buy in the grocery.
There would be a big difference between the burger you grill at home and the burger you eat from the restaurants because it depends on the ingredients included in your burger at home. The food you make in home gives the body health and gives proteins much more than the fast food that gives you more carbohydrates from the oil that they grill with. The fast food from the restaurants takes from your body the health you have.
There are two types of food in the world the good and healthy, the bad and unhealthy .we consider the good is the food that you eat in home and the bad is the fast food you eat from the restaurants and the food that has a ugly taste is concluded with the bad type .The health in the life is once and when it go it never come back.
