Health Behavior Survey My health behavior according to the survey and testing it accurately is about average. Some places I need improvement are my breakfast eating, sugars, caffeinated drinks, and salt. I rarely have time to eat breakfast because I get up when I have to leave to go somewhere like school. Not because I stay up so late, but I like to get as much sleep as I can. To improve on my eating habits, I could start getting up earlier to eat and make time during the day to eat healthier. I eat somewhat of a lot of sugars throughout the day to replace the missed meals. Between work and school, I rarely have time for a sit-down meal. Like my bad breakfast habits, I could try to make more of an effort to make time to eat properly. I drink a lot of soda, not compared to the rest of my family. I can switch from sodas to fruit drinks to cut some of the sugar out of my diet. I consume a lot of salty foods. Instead, I could switch from the salty snacks to healthier foods like veggies and fruits. Some places where I could go to get help or better education is the Bakersfield College health center, or you could go to your personal doctor. You could also get on the internet to search what you need to find out. To get more information on fruits and veggies I can also go to a vitamin shop or grocery store.
