1. A. What are three specific challenges that you personally face at this time in your life with eating healthfully? Go back and review Chapter 8. Make sure to look at the Highlights on the guidelines from the USDA’s Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010 (page 184). Review choosemyplate.gov’s website to challenge your current eating habits with what is recommended. I am looking for you to identify recommended guidelines and explain your challenges in meeting some of these specific guidelines.
