Thought time people do not have care about how the food can affect your health. Junk food are some food that are perceived to have little or no nutritional value. Junk food are typically ready to eat convenience foods containing high levels of saturated and trans fats, salt, or sugar, and are considered to have little or no health benefits. In contrast, healthy food are reduced in cholesterol, atherosclerosis and risk of stroke, help to control glucose and reduce the risk of infections, cancer. The differences between healthy and unhealthy food are price, lifestyle, and taste.
 
 
First of all, price is something that we are looking. Because every day the life is more expensive. We think that healthy food is cheaper that unhealthy food but it is not. Healthy food is more expensive about $550 per year than unhealthy food about $547 per year. We spend a lot money every day eating healthy food, even in restaurants is more expensive for example, eating a salad that eating a burger.
 
   In second place, lifestyle nowadays people do not take care about what they eat. They affect their life with illi. However, people just take care about it when there are really sick like cancer, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. That is when they start to take care about their bad habits with the food, so why do not take care about it now.
 
   Finally, taste healthy food taste really good but unhealthy food have a taste that all the people cannot stop eating. Also the junk food is a fast service at a cheaper price. They love the taste of this food although is unhealthy, they do not care eat wings, hamburger, tacos, and french fries are food that all the people love. We love all this junk food but is it really good for our health?
