We're going to start off by talking about the sorts of folks you might be looking for your start up and we'll dial right into tactics and approaches you can use to get interest in a company, we'll talk a little bit about how people get.. how to get people excited for your start up and then we talk about the screening process how to is someone is a good match and someone you should make an offer to, we then cover how you make an offer and we'll rap up by covering a few specific issues, one is technical hiring which can be a little different from more general recruiting and finally we talk about specifically what you should do when you're looking for a co-founder. Many of the things we are going to be talking about are applicable to finding a co-founder and employees, but there are few specific issues that are relevant when you're looking for a co-founder ermm..to be part of your start up so we'll talk about that. going to give a quick background of myself, I am the co-founder of ceeky, we are a search engine for sports and consult ticket based in new york city, this is my third start up and for all three we built a team, so i have some experience for this, at ceekik we have seventeen folks and we have incredible team and I just wanna talk about somethings that we done that I think have helped us get there.
