There are many differences between Sweden and America.
Most people talk about what they are very unhealthy and there are fat people everywhere, that is not completely true. There are fat people there but there are also people that are thin. I think that many people there have decided to change what they eat. At big attractions like Disney World they have changed the food that you can buy there a lot! I have been to USA three times, the first time I was there you didn’t get any vegetables and the portions were huge! If you ordered a small coke then it was as big as the big size in Sweden and if you wanted to be “healthy” then you ordered a diet coke. The last time I was there was last year and now you got salad and tomatoes in the hamburger, the sizes of the drinks has changed a lot (they had become much smaller) and there were more options than soft drinks, you could choose ice tea, soda water etc.
The people that don’t live in the big cities and in colder places don’t really care so much about how they look. They don’t ware fashionable clothes, I don’t mean that everyone should wear the newest fashion, you should wear what you like, but almost every person I saw went around in a big t-shirt and sweat pants. I saw some fat people that went around I very tight shirts and hot pants and I think that you should have clothes that look good on your body.

You also try to avoid eye contact with people you don’t know and most people thinks that it is embarrassing to ask people about the way somewhere or if you can’t find anything in the store. But in America they speak a lot more to strangers. I think that when you are in a store they are very kind to you and asks how you are, but in Sweden that never happens. Sometimes if there is a traffic jam people wave down their windows on the car and start...
