Working from the Children’s Services Centre at Lochside Primary School, you would be a member of NHS/D & G Council – “Home Support Project”. This is an exciting post within this established Project.
The post holder will provide personal and practical support hours to parents with children aged under 5, mainly within their own homes and in the Children’s Centre.
Knowledge of child development, children’s needs and childcare experience would be helpful. All staff will receive an induction programme and will be required to complete the NHS Education for Scotland Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers. There will be opportunity for continuing in service development.
