How Do Characteristics of Exclusive Societies Allow for Vulnerable Communities and Social Groups to Be Abused and Protected?

In the Weimar republic there are three characteristics of how exclusive societies allow for vulnerable communities and social groups to be abused or protected. These three characteristics consist of education, anti-semitism and laws.
The education system in the Weimar republic was appalling compared to what it should have been. The classes that should have been taught were ones that would protect the students—defense mechanism classes, teaching right from wrong, protection necessities, etc. Instead, the Weimar republic taught everything but that. Boys were taught lessons which related with military and discipline. “Nazi” schools wouldn’t allow “weaklings”—being weak would lead to suspension. Whereas girls were prepared to have the proper mental state which would be suitable for future mates of Hitler’s future soldiers. The girls were taught the main duties of being a mother, even before they turned sixteen. Students were taught anti-semitism at a young age and there was even Jewish hate propaganda in their school text books. In the article “What Did You Learn at School Today”, a German boy named Klaus explained how even though the current events going on and around Germany with Nazi’s and Jews, the teachers still somehow would always change the subject and ignore the fact that anything was happening. When Jewish students were banned from going to school the teachers and schools all ignored it and did not participate on helping.
Although education was a major characteristic that abused vulnerable exclusive societies, another aspect of Weimar republic society were the “brown shirts”, whose job was to intimate political opponents if they spoke against the Nazi’s or their ideas. When the Nuremberg laws were passed it led Jews to the loss of civil jobs and they were forced to sell their businesses at low costs.
