How Do You Think about Magnetic Separation Line?

Magnetic separation is a method of removing components from a mixture based on differences in their magnetic properties. It is one of the very few methods that are effective when applied to very fine particle suspensions which usually take the form of a slurry. The separation is achieved by the application of a magnetic field and the creation of magnetic field gradients which result in forces only on the magnetizable particles in the mixture. When flowed through the system the more strongly magnetic particles are captured while less strongly magnetic components are allowed to pass unaffected. The process can be used to selectively extract a desirable product from a slurry.

Magnetic Separation Line

Magnetic separation line consists of feeder, crusher, ball mill, classifier, vibrating screen, magnetic separator, concentator, dryer, elevator, transportor. This production line has advantages of high efficiency, low power consuption, and high capacity. This new type evironmental protection seperation line conbines dry separation method with wet separation method. The magnetic separation process seperate powdered ore to three classes. After that is wet megnetic seperation, use magnetic dencity 400-1200GS, magnetic drum rotation speed is 60-320 roll/minite. Wet mateial after dryer makes final Iron power. Ore of 35% iron content uses this process can get 68-70% iron content iron power. This process has 90% utalization ratio of ore. The whole process has the features of little water, lower cost, less polution.
