AOI: ENV- for this topic I choose Environment because whit spilling the crude oil we are polluting environment and people are destroying their environment. People need to be more introduced to this topic and more informed and then they will care more and our environment has batter chance for staying normal.
From day to day our environment is getting more and more polluted, because of humans negligence we are polluting our world. One of the common and lately mostly occurred thing that is polluting our environment is crude oil spillage. Humane will understand this more seriously when they found out all the problems happening because of crude oil spillage. If they knew that spilled crude oil can contaminate all three surroundings: air, water and ground they would be more careful. That’s why people need to be introduced to the consequences of crude oil spillage.
Crude oil is a naturally occurring flammable liquid consisting of a complex mixture of hydrocarbons of various molecular weights and other liquid organic compounds, that are found in geologic formations beneath the Earth's surface. Crude oil is term of unprocessed oil. This is a fossil fuel, it is formed in the way that living organisms, plants, animals and other stuff that are buried underground for millions of years now turned into fuel. The places where crude oil is mostly occurred is where once sea beds where. Crude oils have different colours it begins from clear to tar black. Its viscosity is from water to almost solid. Crude oils are such a useful starting point for so many different substances because they contain hydrocarbons. Hydrocarbons are molecules that contain hydrogen and carbon and come in various lengths and structures, from straight chains to branching chains to rings. To chemists there are two things that make hydrocarbons exciting and those are:
