1 Lead in 15 -T guides student and introduce the Topic “Conversation on the phone"
-T tells student an example about phone conversation its characteristic
-T divides Sts in pairs and asks them to make phone conversation
Instruction:
Ok,,,class. Now I would divide you to look for a partner. Then, you have to make a small conversation at phone, the topic is free. If you have finished, I’ll asks you to practice it in front of class. Is it clear? Now. You and you, you and you,,ect.you have 5 minutes to do it..start from know.

2 Listening 20 -T provides pre-listening activity just once to the Sts by listening to the cassette and asks to the them to guess what our listening topic today is.
-After pre-listening activity teacher plays the cassette (as the real listening) once more
-T asks students to listen the conversation and find out the characteristic of American phone conversation and write the key word
-T guide Sts to comprehend the dialog and help them in any difficulty include of vocabulary Cassette or DVD player

3 Group presentation 20 -T divides Sts into 3 groups and asks them to compare the characteristic between the conversation on the phone in English and in Indonesian
-T asks every group to delegate one of them to give a presentation of their discussion result
Instruction:
Well,,,for this session I want you to work in group ,,,count from one up to three. And you have to discuss the difference between English and Indonesian conversation in phone. You have to compare both of them. And the last you have to choose one delegation to present your result of discussion in front of class. Oke, any question? If...
