Media plays an extremely important role in the mankind spread as the information transmission, tool and means exchanged. Without the intermediaries of language and characters, the mankind propagates can't get rid of the primitive animal and propagate the state; Appearance not machinery did not printed a large number of scientific and technological means to duplicate information of transmitting with the electron etching, the mass media not having modern times , the information-intensive society not having today either, the development of media and evolution change of the society are combined together closely. The development of science and technology of the 20th century, create two overall great achievements that influenced people's life deeply, one is a TV, and one is a network. Influence brought that how the TV should face the network, how the network combines and remedies one's own deficiency with the TV, how to use these two kinds of media to carry on information dissemination better?
