When adjusting crushing particle size and capacity of Roll crusher , doesn’t need adjust movable roller, just the 8 adjustment bolts of fixed roller.(Each side of the machine includes 4)
When users need to adjust the crushing particle size and output amount, we must adjust the adjusting bolts and lock nuts on both ends of the fixed roller, adjusting ways are as follows (take example of double roll crusher 2PG series in Great Wall Heavy Industry Company):
(1) Adjustment method to enlarge crushing particle size and increase production:
First loosen the lock nut 3 and 4, rotate the adjusting bolt 1 and 2 moving to the left part of the adjustment bolt.
Then spin adjusting bolt 5 and 6 and then move the bearing seat to left, moving distance (two roll gap) should be in accordance with user’s requirement for crushing particle size and capacity. Adjust according to the scales next to bearing seat. Special attention: must move synchronously with opposite bearing seat, after adjustment, tighten the lock nut 3,4, firmly fix adjusting bolt 1,2 and 5,6.
Warm: Adjusting procedure together with opposite bearing seat is same as the above adjustment methods!
(2) Adjustment method to decrease crushing particle size and reduce production capacity
First loosen the lock nut 3 and 4, rotate the adjusting bolt 5 and 6 moving to the right part of the adjustment bolt.
Then spin adjusting bolt 5 and 6 and then move the bearing seat to right, moving distance (two roll gap) should be in accordance with user’s requirement for crushing particle size and capacity. Adjust according to the scales next to bearing seat. Special attention:must move synchronously with opposite bearing seat, after adjustment, tighten the lock nut 3,4, firmly fix adjusting bolt 1,2 and 5,6.
Adjusting procedure together with opposite bearing seat is same as the above adjustment methods.
