How to Make Tasty Fried Rice
Do you love fried rice? Do you know how to make fried rice? Have you ever tried making it? Preparing it is not as complicated as you may think, and if you take a chance to try it, you might love it. Six years ago, I did not know how to cook and could not make anything by myself. However, since I lived by myself, I had to learn to cook something because I wanted to save some money. Fried rice is one of the easiest foods to learn how to make, and it is also very economical. Today, I want to share with you the way I make fried rice and hopefully you will enjoy it.
First of all we have to gather all of the needed raw materials, in other words the ingredients. In other to serve for four to six people, we need two green onions, four teaspoons of salt, a little bit of pepper, four tablespoons of cooking oil, three large eggs, one teaspoon of garlic powder, two Chinese pork sausages, two carrots, four cups cold cooked rice, and couple tablespoons of fish sauce (one of the most important and famous sauces in Vietnamese cuisine.) Please remember that the fish sauce is very essential for the taste of this type of fried rice, and it will make the difference from the other types of fried rice that you might have had before. For a better taste and healthier diet, organic eggs and veggie which can be bought from a local farmer market are recommended.
The next step is preparation. We need to wash and finely chop the green onions and
carrots; we also need to chop the Chinese pork sausages in little cube shape. After that, we break the eggs into a small bowl, add two teaspoons of salt and some pepper, and then mix them all together. This step is quite important because it would help the cooking process go more smoothly.
