An Opening Describing Hancock Manufacturing
Hancock Manufacturing Company began Operations in 1971 and transitioned in to a California Corporation on October 14, 1973. Our 120,000 S.F. facility is situated in Fullerton, California. Hancock Manufacturing Company’s focus is in the manufacture of NASCAR racing parts. The product line envelopes various contoured racing parts that are universal to the hot rod line of Fast and Furious.
Our production is achieved through the use of state of the art computer software that controls each machined design down to the millimeter. The programs are developed by our technology department, which uses the most advanced software and programming available.
Hancock Manufacturing parts and products are currently utilized on a many NASCAR, stock and Indianapolis race teams. In addition Hancock maintains a Supply line of stores and assembly capabilities that offer a system of stores and distribution opportunities.
Introducing the HRM department
All of Hancock Manufacturing Human Resource Management maintains a commitment to meet our employees and customers' goals and expectations. HRM strives to achieve this by implementing a five step program. This program consists of our mission, objectives or goals, strategy, structure and people. (DeCenzo and Robbins, 2007) We use these steps to stay focused and maintain continuous improvement of our products and services. We are dedicated to quality in all that we undertake and our main priority is all of Hancock Manufacturing employees. HRM goals are to achieve and maintain a great reputation of distinction within the racing industry, Quality driven management, dedicated employees, and commitment ensures success.
