Abstract
The research and practice of Human Resource Management (HRM) has evolved considerably over the past century and has experienced a major transformation in form and function throughout this time. Each organization has strategies and goals in place to help make their company a success. A strategy indicates what an organization’s key executive hope to accomplish in the long run. As a plan, a strategy take the firm into the area of competition in the environment and into alignment with the resources of the firm (Ivancevich & Konopaske, 2013). The goals maybe different in each department, but the organization has the same goals including employee satisfaction, flexibility to change, and survival.

According to Ms. Cornell, most retirement planners do not explain how the process works for their clients. She wanted to change the industry and make it transparent.
