A manager with stong communication skills is able to instruct and listen as well. Managers who are able to communicate effectivly can gather the proper information to relay back to thier teams. Managers should be able to understand all the guidelines the administraters and the mangers had agreed on to meet goals. these goals will be relayed to the workers and more efficeant goals will be met.
Most managers dont posess the leadership quialty which usually leads to workers not in a happy situation then leads to no goals being met. Good managers know how to use thier leadership to help team players make and maintain thier goals.leadership quailties are usually what administrators are looking for in manegers. It takes a lot of dedication and training to become an effective leader.
All managers should work hard on relationship building. If a manager can not maintain a good realtionship with his/hers workers than there will be no goals met. Good managers hold good relationships with thier workers so workers are proud and ready for the work day. workers will then strive to maintain goals and great work habbits.
Managers need devlopmentaal stratigies in order to ba able to mold a good worker. Having these abilities will allow a manager to ba able to get workers to hit goals and be effiecaqnt in what they are doing so goals stay met at all times.
