In What School Subject Have You Had the Most Success? What Has Been Your Most Difficult Subject? Secondary school has many subjects that range from biology to French. Each subject has a different difficulty for every individual student. Some achieve high marks in the subject History, but do not in the subject Chemistry. The subject I have the most success in is Biology and the most difficult is English. I achieve the most success in Biology because I enjoy learning about topics like the human body and the environment. Many people might think memorizing complex biological terms is difficult, but it is an aspect that I thrive in. Sitting through lectures of the structure of a sunflower plant may be brutal to others, but I enjoy learning new things like that. After going through pages of notes in preparation for an exam, I still find pleasure in doing so. That is why Biology is my most successful subject. On the contrary, the most difficult subject is English. This subject troubles me for the assignments require an excessive amount of writing, which is something I do not enjoy. I am not the very keen in writing excellent essays, composing extravagant poems and anything that is in the curriculum. It is especially difficult when I am assigned to interpret the meaning of an abstract poem. It is a horrible and gruelling process to complete an assignment like that. I am a straight forward person and prefer a formula, rather than composing an essay. Although this is a difficult, it is a subject I would like to improve on to make it enjoyable just like Biology. Every subject in secondary school is loved or hated by each person of the student body. The reason may be different for each individual. A subject like Biology has brought me enjoyment from learning the circulatory system of a clam. But after spending an hour working on an assignment and receive a bad mark is a difficult subject called English.
