Individual Management Report
Introduction
This report mainly looks at my experience of working in a management team. This is the reflective report on my experience of working in a team.
There are six members in this management team, every member have their own part to work. Our team is required to introduce the company’s situation, analyze the crisis occurred in this store, suggest some possible solutions to solve the problem, and give some actions which the company should do in the short term and long term.
There are a lot of good things when we were working together, for instance, we finish our report and we did our work efficiently; because that there are huge amounts of assignments going to finish, so our team leader, student A decided to finish the report a little bit earlier than the submission deadline, in the meantime, all of the members finish each parts of presentation in one or two nights, including finish the power point, what’s more, we had practiced for about several times, to make sure that every member can memorize their notes, make the whole presentation process easy and smooth, and make the process step by step without any stops. However, there are also some bad points when we are doing our jobs. For example, because we have a lot of members in a team, we will have more different opinions. Usually, this is commonly thought as a good points, but too many different opinions in our team will make us get stuck on a specific problem, in that case, it will low down our working efficiency.
However, there also were many problems happened in our team, for example, it is difficult to arrange a time which is suitable for every member in this team, in some cases, student B always late for a meeting, sometimes, we tried to start without student B, but in most time, we had to wait, it wasted every member’s time, and student C always forgot brought some materials which we told student C to bring, sometimes, the materials were very important, although...
