6YL-180型油棕果榨油机6 yl - 180 type oil palm fruit oil press
针对目前我国油棕产业刚起步而缺少小型油棕榨油设备的现状,自行设计了6YL-180型棕榈油加工厂。该机具有结构简单,拆卸方便,易于加工制造及后续改进等特点，用于棕榈油生产。本文主要介绍了6YL-180型油棕果榨油机的工作原理、结构特点、主要技术参数、性能试验和试验结果等。旋根圆直径逐渐增大，使得容纳物料的空间逐渐减小，经过螺旋的推动作用，物料在前进的过程中逐渐被挤压， 从而出油。榨笼由榨笼左板、 榨笼右板和榨笼圆筒3部分组成， 其中榨笼圆筒焊接在榨笼左、 右板之间， 榨笼左、右板分别通过螺栓紧固在机架上。 榨笼选Q235A钢作为材料， 榨笼圆筒由Φ203mm、 壁厚13mm的钢管加工而成。其中，榨笼圆筒上均布有Φ5mm的出油孔，在同一圆周上均布38个出油孔，每组出油孔圆周轴向间隔为15 mm。榨笼左板上设计有台阶，用于装配机器时榨笼与机架的定位
