There are many sociology and psychology researches about organizational behavior to determine the factors that can make people succeed in their careers. They develop many employee’s behavior tests, which is called instruments, that can help you to match your personality with some possibly appropriate occupations. With such helpfulness that organization behavior can bring to managers as well as employers; undoubtedly, instruments become widespread and approachable for whom want to them to evaluate their selves. Thus, I took 8 instruments that help me to discover what type of person. Those instruments measure my big five personality traitors , motivation, view on the nature of people , type A personality, likelihood to become an entrepreneur, how well power oriented I am, negotiation ability, and preferred conflict handling type.
According to psychology theory, there are five factor-model of personality typically called the Big Five Model which are five basic personality dimensions underlie human behavior. And the instrument I just take is the instrument that measures my basic personality, and the points that I got are extraversion: 13, agreeableness: 12, conscientiousness: 12, emotional stability: 13, openness to experience 14.
I got 12 and 13 points on all five traitors which means I have all of the traitors in high level. Extraversion means that I am sociable, talkative and assertive. I also have high agreeableness which means I am trusting and cooperative with other people surround me. High emotional stability means that I am calm and stress resistant. Conscientiousness means that I have the tendency to work diligently and responsibly; it also means that I pursue goal in a purposeful way till the end and not easily distracted by other surrounding factors. Finally, I have the highest score on openness to experience which indicates that I am very open to change and innovation. With such high scores in those traits such, it suggests that I could play...
