New Training and Mentoring Needs
This training and mentoring of needs program has been created because of the merging
between InterClean and EnvironTech. This training and mentoring of needs program will help us all to become knowledgeable and familiar with the end product. All employees have to attend the training; the length of time you have been with the company does not mean you do not need this training. The training schedule will be available to all of you within the two days. We want all of you to keep the knowledge that you already have gained in the forefront as it will be an vital part with the new venture that we all are about to embark upon. Everyone will need a refresher course and keep an open mind on the new enhancements in the combining of the systems. Your loyalty and value to the company is appreciated but now we are going to enhance your abilities as employees to this company and to better serve the company.
The InterClean staff has new training that has been developed. The trainings are not completely new but some enhancements have been added. Some of the information will be known by the InterClean staff but there has been some incorporating with the EnvironTech programs within the InterClean existing programs. This combination has totally created an entirely new program all the staff will have to complete twenty hours of training before they will be able to go live on the program. This training has four sections as follows: five hours of computer training and simulation, 5 hours of group training, three hours of supervised or monitored computer training and simulation and seven hours of role playing and quizzes.
