Executive Summary

This report maps out the internationalization of Hai Hung Thinh Co., Ltd (HHT) which is a young Vietnamese company. The primary aim of the report was pointed out to help HHT to forecast, prepare and go internationalize to Thailand market by using theories of internationalization such as Porter’s diamond theory, Uppsala Model and Dunning’s eclectic paradigm (OLI).
Initially, sketches were created to research and collect information for each part. After that, that information were selected and edited into an overall report.

The overall report can be divided into three main parts and the first part of report is introduction which outlines briefly about the Hai Hung Thinh Co., Ltd (HHT)....
