Internet Gambling + Discussion

Introduction:
With the internet being present in nearly all homes across America, it is no surprise that internet gambling has become increasingly popular over the past 10-15 years. There a number of ways in which a person can use the internet for gambling purposes; whether it be online poker, online casinos, online sports betting or online bingo. The internet offers anything a traditional casino offers from the comforts of your own home. One needs not do more than simply enter their credit card number and start gambling. But is this an issue that is often overlooked? Is internet gambling a contributing factor to rising debt that America keeps falling further and further into? Or is it possible that if it wasn’t internet gambling, Americans would find another way to spend money they don’t have? Regardless of one’s opinions, internet gambling shows evidence to be both helpful and hurtful from both economic and social points of view.
