*Tell me about yourself.
I have worked in the critical care setting for three years. Currently I work in the Burn unit and my position has evolved from staff to RSL to helping with health fairs and P/outreach projects over my two year span here. In my previous job I worked as a staff nurse in a twelve bed rural medical ICU for eleven months before coming to Vanderbilt. I also like the aspect of being challenged to find the performance improvement triggers and help create nurse driven programs to help improve patient outcomes.
*What are some of your strengths?
While I am a very hard worker and reliable, I believe that my interpersonal and communication skills are some of my strongest strengths. I have an excellent report with my peers and mangers as well as other members of the care team. I try to always remain helpful and willing to assist in anyway needed. I also strive to maintain an excellent working relationship with my peers. My current evaluations show that my peers hold me in high regard and appreciate my willingness to help and teach. They also reflect that my team believes I am an effective leader and they trust in my judgment.
*What would you say some of your weaknesses are?
