We will now be providing a full spectrum of cleaning services and solutions that will become our major avenue for sales in desires of growing our profits at least 40 percent next year. The organization will eventually expand domestically as well as globally through our complete service packages. There are skill sets from each sales force that we find essential for the success of this new strategic direction. With that being said, we are reviewing our current sales and marketing staffs to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the two sales forces to ensure that the correct skills are in place to guarantee a smooth transition into the new vision. There will be areas that we will need to develop to make sure that the goals and organizational vision come to fruition. As I am sure you have already speculated, but we will being permanently staffing a new sales force that we feel will be the strongest contributors to the success of our new venture. Between five and seven of you will be selected to join the new sales force.
