Networking is one of the five fastest growing occupations in the technology industry*. I completed my AA Degree on computer science, but I could never find a job in the field. Then, I realized I needed to upgrade my degree and finish my bachelors’ degree. I enrolled on the Computer Network Management. I really enjoy working and learning everything about computers. I will acquire the skill to become a professional technician on networking. A computer network is a group of two of more computers systems connected together. As a Network Administrator, I will be able to install, configure, monitor and support an organization’s network. Also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, word processing, and operating systems. Computers use a binary numeral system (language) to process data. Binary is a numbering systems characterized by 1s and 0s. Therefore, moderate level of math comprehension is required to understand the binary system. My personality, Myers Briggs Type, describes me as quiet, serious, and dependable. I decide logically what should be done and work toward it. I think being logical, complete the task and be persistent it’s critical on my career. I consider the fact of earn success by thoroughness and dependability is a potential of my personality; this would allow me to focus and reach my goals regardless on anything. Thinking, analyzing and organizing, part of my personality, are great skills to utilize as a network administrator.
